Conference Fee and Payment Information

Here you can find the conference fees for participants and accompanying persons.

Conference fee

Early fee (if registered and paid before 9 May 2014): EUR 290.-
Full fee: EUR 320.-
On-site fee: EUR 350.-
Accompanying persons: EUR 100.-

The early and full registration fees include workshop materials, coffee breaks, lunches from Monday to Thursday (MENSA menu of the day), welcome reception, grand danube river cruise or Historical Vienna with tour through Schönbrunn Palace and the workshop dinner.

The fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome reception, grand danube river cruise or Historical Vienna with tour through Schönbrunn Palace and the workshop dinner.

Payment

The conference fee can be paid by:

Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JBC, Diners Club, American Express) via Austropa's secure web form (during registration) is recommended.

Paying by bank transfer: Please transfer the Total Amount Due in EURO as mentioned above (free of bank charges for the recipient) to:

Payments are accepted in EURO only!

Cancellation

Registration: In case of cancellation before August 25, 2014 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.

Hotel: Changes or cancellations of confirmed bookings must be sent in writing exclusively to Austropa Interconvention. If you cancel your hotel reservation before July 28, 2014 you will receive the refund of the deposit, less an administration fee of Euro 50,- per room after the end of the congress. No refund of the hotel deposit paid can be made on cancellations received after July 28, 2014 or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night. The number of nights booked in advance is the basis for billing.
